Is the watch really 3D-printed?

Yes! Our watches are made using high-precision 3D printing, which allows for unique forms, lightweight design, and vibrant colors — all with minimal waste.

Can I customize my watch?

Absolutely. You can choose from different color combinations for straps and cases to create a watch that’s truly yours.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All 2ND Watches come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Is it waterproof?

The 2ND Watch is splash-proof, meaning it can handle rain, hand-washing, or accidental splashes – but it is not suitable for swimming, showering, or submersion in water. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture to keep your watch in top condition.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or modify orders once they are placed. Please double-check your selection before completing your purchase — and if you need help, feel free to contact us!

How can I see the status of my order?

You can log into your account to see the details of a recently placed order. When your order shipped you should have received an email confirmation with tracking information.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your watch’s journey.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We are currently in the pre-order phase. All orders placed now are part of our exclusive early access program and will begin shipping in August 2025. You’ll receive regular email updates with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Can I return my order?

You can return your watch within 14 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in original condition. Custom models may be subject to different terms.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Depending on your bank account it may take up to 14 days to receive your refund. You will receive the payment back on the account that you also paid from.
